Leamington Hibs have had next seasons U13 boys team accepted into the Midland Premier Junior Football League, the UK's number one junior and youth development league which is based in the Midlands and South West of England. A successful season will result in an extended opportunity for other age groups between U12 and U16 to join them in seasons to come.

The league bridges the gap between Sunday football and the academy/centre of excellence standards made available through professional clubs and offers the chance for players to progress to the next level without sacrificing their participation for their current Sunday teams. MJPFL matches are played to a high standard, both in terms of the quality of competition and in their full commitment to adhere to the FA’s RESPECT campaign. Although it is essentially about developing players for the member clubs, the league has produced England under 16 representative players and dozens of former MJPFL players have signed contracts with professional clubs.

To this end HIBs are holding an open invitation out to players aged 12 as of 31st August 2009 who are ready to take their game and commitment to the next level.
