Leamington Hibs Shamrocks (U8s) win 2 - 0 v Kenilworth Wardens

With no official match planned for Saturday 21st January Shamrocks hosted Kenilworth Wardens U8s for a friendly at Newbold Comyn.

The first half saw both teams push forwards on a number of occasions, however the half ended without any scores on the doors.

The second half started with a flurry of action and Sam Wilkins put the Shamrocks ahead followed shortly afterwards by a second to put them two goals ahead.

A Kenilworth player was brought down in the Shamrocks box, which resulted in a penalty.  Toby Nicoll stood firm and the penalty was put wide of the left post.

The match ended 2-0 to Hibs Shamrocks.
