Haunchwood Sports 2007 Festival Winners
(Youngest Ever Hibs Team to win a Tournament)

Went one better this time out and brought home thier first winners medals, emerging victorious from the Haunchwood Sports Club 7 A side football festival at the weekend. There was strong representation from the Coventry, Nuneaton and Birmingham leagues and the youngsters notched up 4 wins and a draw from their 5 fixtures. The day also marked the first outing of a second U6 team who despite their lack of match football, showed a marked improvement over the course of the day to secure a draw and then a victory in their last two fixtures.

Southam 2007 Festival Runners Up

Didn't they do well! First tournament and first trophies. The boys battled through the league fixtures scoring 4 and conceding 0 with goals from Oscar Church (2) & Jake Pettifer (2). Finally came unstuck in the final losing 2-0 to Norton Lindsey but a fantastic performance.
