A League An even 1st half with the visitors getting the only goal, Hibs seemed to run out of steam, ideas and commitment allowing the visitors to stroll to an easy victory. HIBS U12s SECURE PROMOTION TO THE TOP FLIGHT 12/04/2007
With the end of the season in sight, Hibs U12s became the first Hibs team to secure a promotion place with a 5-2 win over Finham Park Rangers and can now look forward to Coventry A league football next season . The squad, under the outstanding stewardship of manager Lincoln Liburd, followed up last seasons 100% promotion campaign with another unbeaten run in the league, something Lincoln will no doubt wish to maintain over their remaining six fixtures. The lads success also carries with it the accolade of being the first Hibs junior soccer team to find themselves competing in the top flight since Hibs moved their squads into the Coventry leagues 6 years ago, despite only being their second season together.
